MADONNA

El nombre completo de Madonna es Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone y nacida el 16 de agosto de 1958 en los Estados Unidos. Ella es cantautora, actriz y empresaria. Después de vivir en Bay City en 1977 se mudo a Nueva York con el objetivo de realizar la carrera de danza contemporánea. Luego de participar en dos grupos musicales, Breakfast Club y Emmy, en 1982 firmó con Sire Records y lanzó su álbum debut Madonna al año siguiente. Más tarde siguió lanzando una serie de álbumes que le permitió lograr obtener una gran popularidad.

Sus mayores éxitos son: «Like a Virgin», «Material Girl», «Papa Don't Preach», «La isla bonita», «Like a Prayer», «Express Yourself», «Vogue», «Frozen», «Ray of Light», «Music», «Hung Up» y «4 Minutes». 

Además Madonna ha realizado una serie de películas, que también lograron un gran éxito. 

En la actualidad Madonna se ha destacada por obtener un gran número de existo que abarcan los géneros del pop, el dance y la electrónica. Aparte de incursionar en el mundo del cine como actriz, también se ha desempeñado como directora cinematográfica, productora musical y hasta escritora para niños. Hoy en día, ha establecido su residencia en Londres.
